Armin Cruz earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in 2013. Mr. Cruz accomplished this while he worked for a fortune 25 company, Bank of America, and with a 3.75 GPA. One of the pride points in the process of accomplishing this program is that Mr. Cruz earned a perfect score in his operations class, earning 100%!
Prior to this, Mr. Cruz earned a Bachelors of Arts (BA) from the University of Texas, at Dallas in 2006. Mr. Cruz studied business administration, and liberal arts such as historical studies and philosophy.
Armin Cruz is a strong proponent of process management and management by fact. As such, Mr. Cruz is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB). Mr. Cruz earned the MBB certification from a fortune 25 and big 4 bank (Bank of America) in 2013. As an interesting tidbit, Mr. Cruz was in the last certifying class for Bank of America and was the very last person (but ranked 2nd in his class) to receive this certification from Bank of America.
Prior to this, Mr. Cruz was a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and coach.
Business Process Management
Mr. Cruz earned a Master Certificate in Business Process Management (BPM) from the University of San Francisco.
In addition to this, Mr. Cruz holds three certifications in BPM. The most advanced offered (similar to a MBB in Six Sigma) The Advanced Professional in BPM. Additionally, Mr. Cruz also possesses the BPM Design and Implementation, the Advanced BPM, and Applied BPM professional.
